Fairfield Rotary Club Foundation Grants for 2009

 

 

In the spirit of putting "Service Above Self", the Fairfield Rotary Club has donated more than $240,000.00 over the past 20 years in grant funding to numerous non-profit organizations. In 2008, grants were given to twelve worthy organizations in the area and overseas.

The Fairfield Rotary Club is now accepting new applications for the 2009 Grant allocations. All local not for profit organizations are welcome to submit their funding requests. The Grant should be used for, but not limited to, capital expenditures, or non-recurring expenses ranging from $500.00 to $2,500.00. Each applicant must be sponsored in writing by a current member of the Fairfield Rotary and include the following information:

  • name, address, telephone, and e-mail address of applicant/organization
  • contact name
  • brief description of the organization's overall purpose
  • brief summary of the project targeted for funding and the population it will serve
  • specific amount requested
  • information regarding shared funding, if applicable
  • proof of the organization's non-profit tax status including copy of 501(c)(3)
  • letter or e-mail from sponsoring member of Fairfield Rotary

The completed request must be received by:
